I'm just a beginner, is Aligned for me?

But even if that is still a struggle, you can first work on strength and mobility with Aligned and slowly build up towards that kick up to handstand at the wall.
I have been practicing handstands for a while, is Aligned for me?
If you do not have a stable 30s freestanding handstand, then Aligned is definitely for you! If you have a stable freestanding handstand already, you will need a more advanced approach.
Will I be able to do a freestanding handstand after the 8 weeks?
