INVERSIONS

"Inversions" is a workshop-based program that covers all you need to know to start and progress in your inversion practice. It will answer all your questions regarding alignment, technique and proper training for headstands, forearm stands and handstands through a series of workshops + a 2-month training plan.

It's perfect for people who've done at least a bit of The Core Play (or who are not starting from absolute zero).

The longer format of a workshop allows us to really dive deep into alignment, technique and various questions and worries. BUT you'll also get 2-month training plan for you to follow after you go through the workshop(s) of your choice. During these 2 months, you'll be supported with all the warm-ups, strength & mobility sessions and skill training you need in order to get upside down.

How long does it take? You'll be practicing 4-6x a week in total. Mostly the practice will take about 25-30 minutes. But 1-2x a week the practice will be longer - about 45 minutes to an hour.

Inversions vs Aligned (which one to take?): I designed "Inversions" program after I realised that for many the jump between The Core Play and Aligned was too big. So the proposed curriculum for those looking to master handstands is: The Core Play (+ BF optional) -> Inversions -> Aligned.  

If you're interested in all Inversions (headstand, forearm stand, handstand) and not just handstand, then you definitely want to take Inversions.

BEYOND FLEXIBILITY

Beyond Flexibility (BF) is an effective mobility & flexibility system that helps you increase range of motion and achieve your movement goals (such as splits and backbends) - with the least amount of time invested.

In the past, when I wanted to achieve better flexibility, I turned to yoga (I was practicing yoga for many reasons but flexibility was one of them) but despite my efforts, I was still not at the physical level I wanted to be.

Splits were just a dream and my backbends were far away from being comfortable. And on top of that, I started getting injured.. My hamstrings were constantly flaring up because of all the stretching I was doing during my yoga practice.

Only later on I learnt that focusing just on passive flexibility is not a well balanced approach to increasing range of motion. 

I discovered the magic of mobility training and active, dynamic and loaded stretching. After I implemented these techniques and were given a structured plan to follow (very important piece!), things started to quickly improve.

This is the reason why I created "Beyond Flexibility" and why so many students have such great success with it.

BF will help you with: General mobility (wrists / shoulders / hips), front splits, middle splits and backbends.

Is it okay for beginners? Yes! BF is great for both beginners and advanced students as it offers various progressions.

Aligned is an 8-week program which contains a step-by-step training system that will get you from handstanding by the wall to getting complete control over your body and getting that handstand in the middle of the room (and holding it!). 

How? By providing you with everything you need from a warm-up, to strength training, mobility, handstand technique drills and proper structure (programming). Repetition with the right drills at the right time and order is the key to nailing the skill.

Although the programming is for 8 weeks, expect to repeat the program (or the second part of it) a few times before getting consistent in your handbalancing. Handstands are a long game and there are not shortcuts 😉.

Important! Aligned is NOT for complete beginners, it is ideal if you've gone through The Core Play (and ideally even Inversions) OR if you're very familiar with at least a handstand by the wall.
