Luckily, I have been teaching yoga for YEARS, so I knew exactly where to go. Back to the basics.
I completely revamped my morning routine with a sole focus on feeling good. Instead of my usual handstand & mobility sessions, I did gentle yoga flows, meditation, breathwork and journaling. After only a few weeks I finally emerged from the foggy cloud I spent a few months in and I started to feel like the "old me" again.
I went from being stressed and overwhelmed to being relaxed, grounded and energized about my life. It's easy to forget how much of an impact these seemingly small things have. Once again, I got to be reminded of the immense power of these practices.
And that's why I decided to create Reset..
