It happens to all of us.
It's very easy to look at others (especially today in our social media culture) and assume that they're always on top of their game, smashing their workout in the gym, eating good healthy food, sleeping 8 hours, meditating, yada yada yada..
Although we rationally understand it cannot be true, it's still easy to fall into the comparison bubble.
I know this all too well. I literally have a business evolving about helping others to step up their practice game and still.. I often slip up. Sometimes for a short time and sometimes for longer.
Last year was such a point for me. With everything I had on my plate and not investing enough in my own self care, my body started slowly saying no. I didn't really listen though until it started screaming - I got tired, frustrated, anxious and completely uninspired. I was drained, mentally and physically.
