Aligned is for those of you who can already hold a handstand by the wall pretty confidently and maybe balance a few seconds by the wall but fail miserably when in an open space.
(If you cannot even balance by the wall, don't worry, you'll get there once you go through The Core Play and Inversions 😉.)
In Aligned, we'll work specifically on balance, endurance and consistency.
You get introduced to all of the handstand drills you need to know and how / when / how much to practice them to finally be able to find that float and balance.
Because it's not just about practice. It's about being structured and systematic - that will bring you results.
Of course alongisde your handstand training, you'll also get all the warm-ups, strength & mobility classes to bring it all together and to make sure you continue progressing in the correct way.
