With more and more time spent on the mat, I started seeing great benefits that the regular practice brought me - mental clarity, relaxed attitude, a level of ease. But I also knew I wanted MORE in terms of my body.

Q: Is this program suitable for beginners?

A: Yes!! The Core Play can be challenging for complete beginners but totally doable. Most of the exercises have modifications in case you need and I also offer various progressions in my yoga flow videos. If you're willing to put in the work, you will be completely fine.

Q: I don't have hours to spend on my practice, how much time will it take?

A: As a busy, always-on-the-go person myself, I got you. One of the best things about this program is that it will take you only about 15 minutes a day to complete. But if you feel fancy and have time on hand, you can easily double that. I trust you know your body best.

Q: I'm 40+, can I do this program?

Q: I'm not flexible at all (I cannot even touch my toes). Is it okay?
