Is this program for beginners or advanced yogis?
Both! Reset is my most beginner friendly program to date so absolute beginners do not have anything to fear. You'll gain a lot of knowledge and amazing new practices from this program. Advanced yogis will enjoy every day guidance and great variety of practices thanks to which they will be able to really turn inwards. 
Do I need equipment for this?
You need only your yoga mat. Sometimes we're using a yoga block or a folded blanket but I'm offering lots of options that you can find in every home.
How much time will it take?
The daily practice will take you from 15 to 30 minutes.
Can I access the classes when it's convenient for me?
Absolutely! The classes are pre-recorded so you can access the material anytime it works for you.
